Are these bhaturas and chana are desi ghee preparation ??

Really bad customer support. Waited for 3 hours and was told by the owner that we have dispatched the order and later on some other executive said we have not dispatched. Took 700 including 400 delivery charge and no refund initiated. Nobody even called back to guve a refund status. Can't believe they keep talking about customer satisfaction and this is cheap tricks till loot money from customers.

I recently visited Sita Ram Dewan Chand zamrudpur takeaway on 25 Aug..They gave cold bhature and taste was very bad.I informed them that we will eat in our car even then they gave cold bhatura ..Giving this feedback to improve your service in this outlet

After adding an order to the cart the app displayed a free delivery message. Then at some point the free delivery message vanished and delivery charges were added to the final value! Isn't that a bug that would bug customers??

Today I order from her but it was highly disappointing as the items were missing from my order and was also delivered very very late and the staff was not at all cooperative 😡😡

Today I gone to eat cholley bhature but found the worst bhature in my life but cholley were extremely good. In bhaure only uncooked maida was in side.I don't recommend to go there. Quantity was sufficiently good.

Very disappointed with the overall experience very pathetic taste and u ant beat the taste of baturas coming out fresh crisp and hot. Over here baturas are reheated and has lot of oil and taste bad. It's these Vloggers who have made unnecessary hype of this outlet overall below average. Best partbis u will kot find any local eating there as they all know reality it's all tourist like me who comes here on the advise of these fraud food vloggers.

Everything is good.. but I guess my taste buds are different specially for bhaturas.. pre fried bhature just irked me.. I love phule phule bhature nd the thing I ate jst set my mood off.. but koi nahin aakhir hain toh chhole bhature hi.. kitne der koi gussa rah sakta hai jisse pyar ho usse.. PS: I'd still suggest you people (if ever u get to read this) please serve phule phule bhature, atleast to people who are dining in..

Sita Ram chole bature ne delhi walo ko chole bature khila ke million Rupees kamaya hai lekin ek Delhi ke local money less boy ko free me ek chhole khilaya nhi. So all delhi walo boycott Sitaram chole wale , delhi street food is best .
